Baba Sahib Singh Bedi Mounting up for Battle

When the second quarter of the day arrived [around noon], the Exalted Lotus-faced Sahib Singh Bedi requested his intoxicants.
Consuming intoxicants the Guru's [descendant Sahib Singh Bedi] perked up with awareness, desiring to transform the lineage of the Turks into sand.
Tying a marvelous turban, [which on top] was a tiara and plume, sparkling so gloriously.
His bracelets around his wrists were embedded with jewels looking beautiful, around his arms his jewelry enticed everyone's mind.
The Guru's [descendent Sahib Singh Bedi] had a sword, glistening like the moon, strapped around his torso, in his hand a spear, which spread such splendor.
Strapped around his waist, a quiver, around his shoulder a bow, he requested for his battle-standard.
Taking the name of the Exalted Guru Nanak, he mounted up with great pleasure.
